Prince of the Halflings

A noble title given to Peregrin Took during his time in Minas Tirith in the War of the Ring, a translation of the Elvish Ernil i Pheriannath. Though exaggerated, it wasn’t entirely inapt; he was after all the heir to the Thain of the Shire.
